Reverend Chatman is a member of the Georgia, National, and International Associations of Chiefs of Police. He is also a member of the Georgia and American Polygraph Associations, as well as Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. He currently serves on the Board for W.I.N.G.S. He has been featured on the World Network and Bible Series and began his acting career in the movie Fruits of the Heart.
Reverend Chatman is married to the Elect Lady Rev. Verlinda Chatman, who is also a member of Transform Dublin’s Board of Directors. He has one daughter (Lakesha), three sons (Anthony Jr., Stacey, and Brandon), and two granddaughters.

While in office, he chaired on the Economic Development Committee, was the President of the Georgia Municipal Associations 9th District and was appointed to the Governor’s Board of Work Force Initiative. He has also served on the Laurens County Board of Health, GMEBS Board of Trustees, the Military Affairs Committee in Warner Robins, and on the GMA Board of Directors. He has held the title of “Director” for the Dublin Rotary Club, the Dublin-Laurens County Chamber of Commerce, and the Dublin Country Club. He recently served as President of the Georgia Municipal Association.
When he’s not busy caring for his community, Phil and his wife Cile (also a member of Transform Dublin’s Board of Directors) spend time with their children, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren. They attend First United Methodist Church of Dublin.

Dr. Frederick (Fred) C. Williams has served as Superintendent of Dublin City Schools since 2015. He began his teaching career with the Dublin City School System in 1993 as a Physical Education teacher and coach for the Dublin Fighting Irish football team.
Dr. Williams currently serves on educational and leadership boards at the local and state levels, including the Dublin-Laurens County Development Authority, the Heart of Georgia RESA District Board, Dublin-Laurens Rotary International, and the Dublin-Laurens Board for United Way. He is a trustee on the Middle Georgia State University Foundation Board. Dr. Williams has also served as pastor of Turkey Creek Missionary Baptist Church for 14 years.
Dr. Williams and his wife Melissa are the proud parents of three children, Whitley, Frederick II, and Gracelyn.

Jeana LaRock retired in December 2020 after 32 years of service with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation, in Jacksonville, Florida.
Jeana is a Dublin native who moved to Jacksonville after graduating from Mercer University. She is excited to be back in Dublin, where many of her family members still reside.

She graduated with honors from Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) with a degree in Respiratory Care. Prior to attending OFTC, she graduated with honors from Troy University a

Breona’s love for the Laurens County community and the surrounding communities led her to invest as a volunteer. She works a special project assistant with The Burke Management Firm which offers film and media exposure throughout the community. She has family ties with Johnson County and has supported The Herschel Walker Fitness Camp as a project coordinator, photographer, and media outlet contributor.
Breona is a Girl Scout Gold Award recipient and a lifetime Girl Scout.
